Tax Law is one of the oldest field of law. Tax regulations are such an element, even the main element underlying the Magna Carta is the government’s tax policy. Real and legal persons live in a close relationship with the state’s tax policy. In this close relationship, it cannot be more natural consequence than a dispute arising between State and legal person or a real person. In this process, the person concerned must be defended against the State, which is stronger than the real or legal person. Because Tax Law is a discipline with technical and financial aspects. In the event that this area is activated without active and solution-oriented assistance, the size of the rights losses to the person concerned will be large. Our office has the great experience and accumulation in the field of tax law, provides services such as counselling to resolve any kind of dispute arising from tax law, representation in case of disagreement to court, appeal to tax reconciliation procedure and appeal to tax penalties.
Bülent KAPTAN has set up his private practice as a member of Izmir Bar Association in 1991.
He was registered as Trademark and Patent Attorney to TPE (Turkish Patent Institute, not Turkish Patent and Trademark Office) in 1999. He has attended to Patent Attorneys Professional Training Programmes given by World Intellectual Property Organization as a distant education and an 8 months programme in TPE collabration with European Patent Office.
In 2002, he participated an English Translation Training for 20 months, organized by one of the M.E.B (Ministry of Education) affiliated private education institution.
He is a member of ICC Turkish National Committee and PEM Trademark and Patent Attorneys’ Assocation.
He has been writing in “Refrigeration World”, a publication of Aegean Region Refrigeration Industry and Business Association, since 2002.
He speaks English, German(A2) and Chinese (A2).
